For us, there is no hotel fit out too big to organise and we very much enjoyed collaborating with expert subcontractors who took care of the plumbing, construction and design of the rooms. 

During this hotel fit out, we also took into account the ergonomics of the building making sure that everything was easy to use – which is important when guests have never stayed somewhere before. We also considered the accessibility of the hotel, installing reliable lifts and facilities for visitors with disabilities. 

Perhaps one of the most exciting parts of the project was the installation of the first bedrooms to include “Five Feet to Fitness” within the UK. These rooms got fitted out with the best gym equipment possible, and we designed the layout of the rooms so that the most active guests could take full advantage of this space. 

We completed this hotel refurbishment on time, on budget and styled it so that it reflected the hotel’s unique brand.
